Dr. Sondur Lakshmipathi
Dr. Sondur Lakshmipathi is a highly accomplished professional with over 40 years of experience in Cellular Communications like 4G LTE, 5G, 5GA, 6G NTN, IOT, eMTC, WiFi, DSP, FPGA, SoC, GPU, and subjects like MIMO, Space-Time Coding and various Signal Processing areas. He has 25+ USA and World Patents granted in the field of IEEE802.11n, 4G LTE, IOT, MIMO, Space-Time Coding. Currently, Dr. Sondur is pioneering on 6G NTN based on AI-ML-DNN technologies across RF, Physical Layer, Protocol Stack and 5G Core.
Spanning 40+ years of industry working, Dr. Sondur Lakshmipathi served in various technical and management positions in several industries like IMEC, Encore, Intel, Esqube, Mymo Wireless and Alif Semiconductor Inc. He founded Mymo Wireless Technology Private Limited, a Fabless semiconductor company, which was later acquired by Alif Semiconductor Inc, USA, in 2019.
Dr. Sondur also served in the Indian Air Force (IAF) for 15 years in the area of Radars and Communications.
PhD in ECE: Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore, in the area of Array Signal Processing for 3D localization.
Current Focus: Imparting talent upskilling to engineering graduates and working professionals with live projects involving hands-on practice in current and upcoming industry requirements.
Keval Pankhaniya
With over a decade of experience in wireless communications, digital signal processing and AI/ML, Keval Pankhaniya brings hands-on expertise from startups to global tech leaders. Keval's journey spans founding a startup called PEEPIP and then moving towards developing India's first indigenous GSM interceptor at Mymo Wireless and advancing 3GPP compliant 4G/5G/NB-IoT physical layer technology at Alif Semiconductor and Samsung. At Stuam Technologies Ltd, as a Principal engineer, Keval has led a team to successfully deliver the customised wireless modem solution.
Keval is specialized in PHY layer development from concept to silicon implementation across platforms like MATLAB, ARM, RISC-V, Tensilica DSP and Xilinx FPGA.
Presently Keval is focusing on transforming the deep tech education in India by delivering industry-driven, concept to silicon and practical learning solutions via live projects for the next generation of engineers, innovators, recent graduates, corporates and R&D institutes.
